eLearning 2/5 - 12 Min Workout

Instructions

For PE class today, you get to do a short 12 minute workout at home.  Choose one of these workouts to complete.  You must complete the entire 12 minute workout to the best of your ability.  When you finish your workout, answer the questions that follow.

Option 1 uses some fun dance moves (you might want to do this one someplace private so you don't have to worry about someone watching you)  If you're willing to let yourself relax and have fun with it this can be an enjoyable workout.  Be willing to laugh at yourself if your not typically a dancing type of person.

Option 2 is uses more traditional exercises like jumping jacks and push ups in an interval type workout with bursts of hard work mixed with short rest breaks.
