Instructions
Today's activity is a Tabata Workout.
Tabata is a workout style that uses interval training, usually 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated over and over using a variety of exercises.
Tabata usually uses music with a beat that can be followed as you do the exercises. As you do the exercises today, you should notice that they keep a rhythm going and stay in sync with each other as the group exercises.
This is a short 4 minute exercise routine that, if done correctly with the rhythm, will get your heart rate increased.
You must complete at least one 4 minute cycle of this workout. Most people working out with Tabata would then repeat the activities four or more times to get a full 16-24 minute workout completed.
After you have completed the 4 minute workout at least once, go to the quiz and answer the questions.
