eLearning 2/16 - Activity

Good Morning!  For today's PE class you need to be active for 15-20 minutes in one of the following ways:

OPTION #1:  Bundle up and go play in the snow for 15-20 minutes or more.  Get permission from your parents before going outside and dress appropriately for the cold weather.  When you come back inside submit this assignment telling me what you did outside.

OPTION #2:  Follow along with this 15 minute exercise video.  When you finish answer the question below and submit the assignment.
