Happy Wednesday!!! Time for a Fitness Run!
Obviously today's "fitness run" will look much different than normal, but the focus is still on getting your heart rate elevated. Choose at least one of the options below to complete.
You need to get active for a minimum of 10-20 minutes. When you are finished you must tell me what you did in the question below.
Option #1 - Go outside and play in the snow - It's going to be cold, so if you choose to do this get your parents permission, dress appropriately, and don't stay out too long.
Option #2 - Complete this indoor running workout for at least 10 minutes. Watch the video for instructions. You don't need a lot of space.
Option #3 - Follow along with this workout video for at least 10 minutes. Go ahead and complete the entire 20 minute workout with him if you're feeling extra energetic.
