Instructions

For today's activity, be willing to let yourself have some fun.  Find a place where no one can see you and give yourself permission to have fun with this upbeat, energetic instructor who knows how to keep it fun while working out.  This is a high intensity 10 minute workout that will get you out of breath.  Follow the leader on the left side for slightly easier modifications of what the leader is doing.  If you get tired and can't keep up, make further modifications by slowing down while still doing the moves he is showing.
