Instructions

I'm calling today's activity "Open Gym."  Obviously you will not be able to be in an actual gym, but you must stay active (like we do during open gym at school) for at least 10 minutes.

If it's nice outside, do your activity outside:  walk, jog, ride a bike, jump on a trampoline, kick a soccer ball, throw a ball with a family member, etc.

If it's not nice outside, stay inside:  jog in place, do push ups, do a plank, do leg lifts, do jumping jacks, walk the stairs, do wall sits, etc.

When you are finished with at least 10 minute of activity answer the following question.
