Instructions

For today's activity go outside and take a 10-20 minute walk or jog.  Later this week it is supposed to cool back down so get outside and enjoy the warmer weather while you can.  You can invite a family member to go with you.

Can't go outside for some reason?  Then do a 10 minute activity inside instead.  Make sure you're moving for 10 straight minutes and increase your heart rate.
